These Inspired Images Show Business and Finance Beyond the Stock Photo Cliché

by The Luupe

From real-life moments to tongue-in-cheek still lifes, these photos offer a new perspective on financial literacy.

Do a quick search for "finance" on any stock website. You're bound to be greeted with pages of business handshakes, staged meetings and generic piles of money.
But illustrating business concepts and the importance of financial literacy doesn't have to be bland – or even literal.
As financial literacy month comes to an end, we've curated a collection of editorial and commercial images from Luupe photographers that help see it with fresh, inspired eyes.
Some images, like The Luupe's campaign for GoHenry on kids using credit cards, are more direct in how they illustrate finance, while others, like Akilah Townsend's portraits for Square's campaign on Chicago's Black-owned small businesses are subtle in their approach.
