Submit to The Luupe's annual year-end photobook showcase

Later this fall, for the third year in a row, The Luupe will publish its list of photobooks by women and non-binary photographers around the world.
In the past, this list was entirely based on our team's internal research. This year, we want to hear from you – let's widen the pool!
Deadline:
Nov 1, 2022
What we're looking for:
Photography books with a unique or thoughtful perspective, vision, and edge (or just wow!) that published in 2022.
We know that many year-end photobook roundups tend to focus on documentary and art photography – while there will be no shortage of that this year, we want to encourage a wider range of styles and subject matter, from cookbooks to commercial work.
We want more people to see and support your work so don't hesitate to submit!
How to submit:
Please fill out this form. (please note: the form requires a Google/Gmail account to sign in. If you do not have one, please reach out to jon@theluupe.com and we’ll be happy to help.)
FAQ
  • Can I submit a zine or self-published book? Yes
  • My book was supposed to come out in 2021, but because of shipping + economy issues, it didn't hit stores until 2022. Can I submit it? Yes
  • I'm a publisher/gallery director/rep etc. Can I submit a book on behalf of a photographer? Yes
  • Is this limited to individual photographers? I published an anthology that features many women and/or non-binary photographers. Can I submit it? Yes! We will be including books by individual photographers as well as collections.
While we have you...
